REDCap Connect was established to provide coordinated and consistent support for all REDCap users at UAMS and Arkansas Children’s.
REDCap Connect services include continued and new, expanded REDcap services:
CONTINUED REDCap Services
- Access to current REDCap administrators
- Access to REDCap for development of research, administrative, education projects (Tier 1; existing service)
- Educational resources, research compliance tips, a discussion board, and a Q & A page
- Free consultation to determine the appropriate level of service.
EXPANDED REDCap Services
- Consistent and coordinated REDCap upgrades and research quality enhancements
- Tailored, budget development for creation of REDCap for complex research projects such as multi-year studies, NIH-funded studies, studies that may require FDA oversite, and projects requiring EPIC integration (Tier 2; expanded service).
